An evening with the treasures

A design evening was planned during the Helsinki Design Week in Iittala Store Esplanadi. Naturally during this time a large amount of potential target group customers were active, including tourists. Revoltti produced the event and consulted the customer in making the right decisions with marketing.

The staff of the Iittala store thought that the event was a grand success and the chain marketing director Päivi Pitkänen commented, ‘The store had a nice atmosphere. We reached our goal, which meant that the flow of customers was increased by 20% in comparison to a normal day. Sales wise the day was successful. The customers that visited the event gave very positive feedback and many had been inspired to come to the event due the flyers that were handed out.’

Revoltti’s promoters worked hard with advance marketing for several days by handing out event flyers in Helsinki’s center. The flyer was also in English, which helped with reaching the large target group of tourists. A large role was held by the event invitation and its sharing on social media. Additionally, roll-in on the event day gathered crowd well.

In the event itself Revoltti implemented the sound for the performers and our event staff was in charge of catering and roll-in. Revoltti’s DJ was present to create a fitting atmosphere.
